SIDEWALKS host Lori Rosales interviews Traci Lords and Peter Stormare about their memorable film roles and working on POP TV’s “Swedish Dicks,” where Stormare plays private investigator Ingmar Andersson and Lords as Jane McKinney, his rival and owner of another private investigating company in Los Angeles.

Born in Kumla, Sweden and grew up in Arbrå, Peter Stormare is known for playing many villains and strange foreigners in film and TV shows. He began his career with the Royal Dramatic Theatre. He has been in many films, such as “Fargo,” “The Lost World: Jurassic Park,” “Minority Report,” The Big Lebowski,” “Armageddon,” “8mm,” “Windtalkers,” “Bad Boys II,” “Constantine,” “The Brothers Grimm,” “Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters,” “Pain & Gain,” “22 Jump Street,” and “John Wick: Chapter 2.” Stormare also did voice roles in video games and animated projects like “Penguins of Madagascar,” “Moomins and the Comet Chase,” “Strange Magic,” and “The Nut Job 2.” In TV, he had roles in TV shows “Prison Break” and “Watching Ellie,” as well as recurring parts in “The Blacklist,” “Arrow,” “Manhattan,” “Longmire, “Graceland,” and “American Gods.”

Born in Steubenville, Ohio, Traci Lords started her career as an underage actress, but made a successful transition to mainstream projects. Some of her film parts were in Roger Corman’s “Not of This Earth,” “Cry Baby,” “Blade,” “ Zack and Miri Make a Porno,” and “Excision.” On TV, Lords had main roles in NBC’s “Profiler” and Syfy’s “First Wave” and appeared in “Melrose Place,” “Roseanne,“ “Will & Grace,” and “Gilmore Girls.” In 1995, Lords released her debut studio album, “1000 Fires.” She wrote the autobiography “Traci Lords Underneath it All” was a NY Times bestseller.
