Interview: Tia Mowry and Amaris Bradley

Tia Mowry returns for her fifth appearance on our TV show. She is joined by PHA’s Amaris Bradley to talk about Tia’s new book, “Whole New You.”

Actress / cooking host Tia Mowry brings along Amaris Bradley MPH, RD, a registered dietitian and director at Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA), to discuss Tia’s cookbook, “Whole New You: How Real Food Transforms Your Life for a Healthier More Gorgeous You.”

Mini-Biographies:
Born in Gelnhausen, West Germany, Tia Mowry-Hardrict became well-known for her starring role in the classic comedy, “Sister, Sister,” along with her identical twin sisters Tamera Mowry-Housley (“The Real”). They also starred in Disney Channel’s original movies “Twitches” and “Twitches Two”; Style Network’s reality series, “Tia & Tamera”; and Kids WB’s “Detention,” using their voices to play Lemonjella and Orangejella LaBelle. Tia was the star of The CW (then later BET) comedy “The Game” and was seen in the Nickelodeon comedy series “Instant Mom.” In 2012, Tia published the book, “Oh, Baby: Pregnancy Tales and Advice from One Hot Mama to Another.” Since 2015, she has starred in the Cooking Channel series, “Tia Mowry at Home.”

Amaris Bradley MPH, RD is a registered dietitian and director at Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA). She works with the private sector and PHA Honorary Chair Former First Lady Michelle Obama to help end the childhood obesity crisis within a generation. Bradley is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
