Mini-Biography:
Born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Tamia became known to music audiences for the single, “You Put a Move On My Heart”, which was produced by Quincy Jones for his “Q’s Jook Joint” album. Her studio albums are “Tamia,” “A Nu Day,” “More,” “Between Friends,” “Beautiful Surprise,” and “Love Life.” Some of hit singles include “Imagination” (featuring Jermaine Dupri), “Stranger in My House,” “Into You,” “Spend My Life with You” (with Eric Benet), “Officially Missing You,” “Me,” and “Beautiful Surprise.” Tamia is married to retired NBA player Grant Hill.
