SIDEWALKS host Lori Rosales interviews Steve Lemme and Kevin Heffernan, the creators and stars of truTV’s “Tacoma FD.” Along with talking about the firehouse comedy, the two discuss their early start and the memories of doing the film “Super Troopers.”
Mini-Biographies:
Steve Lemme and Kevin Heffernan have been friends since their days at Colgate University. During college, they were part of comedy troupe Charred Goosebeak; they later reunited and formed Broken Lizard. As a team, they have worked on projects, such as the “Super Troopers” film sries, “Puddle Cruiser,” “Club Dread,” “Beerfest,” “The Slammin’ Salmon,” “Freeloaders,” as well as the reboot movie feature “The Dukes of Hazzard” in various roles on screen and behind-the-scenes. Separately, Lemme has been in “The Brooklyn Heist,” “The Origins of Wit and Humor,” and TV’s “GGN: Snoop Dogg’s Double G News Network.” Heffernan was in “Strange Wilderness” and TV shows like “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” “How I Met Your Mother,” “Workaholics,” “Agent Carter,” and “The Goldbergs.”
