SIDEWALKS host Cindy Rhodes interviews the talk show host about “Hello Ross!,” his first celebrity sighting, and his relationship with former “Tonight Show” host Jay Leno.
Mini-Biography:
Born in Mount Vernon, Washington, the then-college intern Ross Mathews became an unexpected celebrity as “Ross The Intern” in remote pieces for NBC’s “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”
From there, he went on to make appearances on TV projects, such as “Celebrity Fit Club,” “The Insider” newsmagazine, “The View,” “GSN’s Big Saturday Night,” “Days of Our Lives,” game show “1 vs. 100,”and “After Lately,” as well as a regular, weekly panelist on “Chelsea Lately.” In 2010, Mathews became part of E! Network’s red carpet team, co-hosting coverage of “The Screen Actors Guild Awards,” “The Emmy Awards,” “The Golden Globe Awards,” and The Academy Awards.”
In 2013, Mathews became an author with the book, “Man Up! Tales of My Delusional Self-Confidence.”
