Mini-Biography:
Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Rickey Smiley is a stand-up comedian, radio personality, TV host and actor. He is known for the nationally syndicated “Rickey Smiley Morning Show” on the radio, while on TV, he appears on the syndicated “Dish Nation.” Smiley was the host of the 2000 season of BET’s “ComicView” and the star of “The Rickey Smiley Show” sitcom. In films, he co-starred in “Friday After Next,” “First Sunday,” and “Baggage Claim.”
