Mini-Biography: Born in Nashua, New Hampshire, Mandy Moore is an actress and singer, who first found success as a pop singer in 1999 with the release of her debut album, “So Real,” which reached platinum status in only three months. In 2000, Moore’s second album, “I Wanna Be With You (Special Edition),” also went platinum. She followed that with her self-titled third album, “Coverage,” “Wild Hope” and “Amanda Leigh.” Moore went on to become an accomplished actress. She starred opposite Shane West in Adam Shankman’s box-office success “A Walk to Remember” and in Brian Dannelly’s acclaimed film “Saved.” Other film credits include “Southland Tales;” “American Dreamz,” “Romance and Cigarettes”, “Chasing Liberty,” “How to Deal,” License to Wed,” “Dedication,” and “Because I Said So.” Additionally, she lent her voice to the animated comedy, “Racing Stripes,” and was the voice of Rapunzel in Disney’s animated hit film “Tangled” and TV series. Moore hosted her own MTV series, “The Mandy Moore Show.” She made guest appearances on “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Scrubs,” and guest-starred as herself on “Entourage.” In the fall of 2016, Moore began starring in the NBC drama “This Is It.” She has also starred in season 2 of "Dr. Death."
