SIDEWALKS host Lori Rosales interviews actress / singer Kron Moore, who plays First Lady Victoria Franklin on “Tyler Perry’s The Oval.” They talk about her singing and acting career, auditioning for her role on “The Oval,” working with creator Tyler Perry, and what she like to do during the Shelter-in-Place period.
Mini-Biography:
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Kron Moore is an actress and singer. She performed in a number of R&B and soul bands before launching a solo career and releasing her debut album in 2002. As an actress, Moore had roles in films “Into the Storm,” “The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water,” and “Beast Beast.” On the television side, she has a recurring role as Dr. Chapel on The CW’s / DC Universe’s “Stargirl” and a leading role in BET’s “The Oval.” Some of her guest-starring roles are “Detroit 1-8-7,” “Swamp Murders,” “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow,” and Tyler Perry’s productions of “The Haves and the Have Nots” and “Too Close to Home.”
