SIDEWALKS host Lori Rosales talks to actors Kieron Moore and André Dae Kim, the male leads of Peacock’s “Vampire Academy,” about their career starts and working on the TV show based on the young adult paranormal romance novels.

Mini-Biographies:
Born and raised in Manchester, Kieron Moore spent most of his life competing in boxing championships across the country and internationally before he went into acting. A relative newcomer in the industry, he has been seen in Netflix’s “Sex Education,” “Emmerdale Farm” and “The Sandman.” Additionally, Moore was in two award-winning short films, “Cold Blow Lane” and “Birthday Girl.” His upcoming role playing Sgt. Clifford Starkey in the miniseries “Masters of the Air.” On Peacock’s “Vampire Academy,” he stars as Dimitri Belikov.
Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Andre Dae Kim started his acting career by playing Winston Chu in the TV series “Degrassi: The Next Generation” and “Degrassi: Next Class,” the TV-movie “Degrassi: Don’t Look Back,” and the shorts “Degrassi: Minis.” Some of his main and recurring roles include as Dylan Edwards on “Salvation,” The Sun on “American God,” Trevor in “Northern Rescue,” Young Mark Cho in “Locke & Key,” and Chief Kyle in “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.” Additionally, Kim booked other guest roles in “Defiance,” “Mary Kills People,” “Hudson & Rex,” “Schitt’s Creek,” “The Hardy Boys,” “Good Witch,” “In Contempt,” and “Private Eyes.” On “Vampire Academy,” Kim plays Christian Ozera.
