Raised in Custer Park, Illinois, Kay Cannon is multi-talented performer. She is more known for her work behind-the-scenes, where some of her TV and film credits include “Pitch Perfect” (writer), “Pitch Perfect” sequels (writer and co-producer), NBC’s “30 Rock” (staff writer / producer), ABC’s “Cristela” (writer), “Baby Mama” (co-producer) and FOX’s “New Girl” (co-executive producer / writer) . In 2017, Cannon created, executive produced and wrote Netflix’s “Girlboss.” As an actress, she was seen in “The Little Tin Man,” as well as guest-starred on series and movies she worked on. Cannon performed at The Second City, ImprovOlympic, and ComedySportz.
