Mini-Biography:
Grew up in Chicago, Illinois, Katrina Jackson, known professionally as Kat Tat, is an American tattoo artist, business owner, and reality show player on the “Black Ink Crew” franchise. She first appeared on TV screens in “Black Ink Crew: Chicago,” while working at 9mag, a shop composed of urban tattoo artists. After the third season, she left the spinoff show. Jackson moved to Los Angeles and opened her own a tattoo shop, Enigma Tattoos, in Beverly Hills. The mother of two children now headlines VH1’s “Black Ink Crew: Los Angeles,” a rebranding of “Black Ink Crew: Compton,” where the show will now feature two tattoo shops, Enigma and Danny “KP” Kirkpatrick’s IAM Compton, and staff.
