SIDEWALKS host Lori Rosales talks to Katheryn Winnick and Alexander Ludwig, two of the actors from History’s “Vikings.” They talk about Winnick doing stunts, Ludwig with auditions, and memories of doing “Vikings” for six seasons.

Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Alexander Ludwig is an actor, singer and model. Some of his film credits include “The Seeker: The Dark Is Rising,” “The Hunger Games,” “Race to Witch Mountain,” “Grown Ups 2,” ” The Sandlot: Heading Home,” “Lone Survivor,” “Blackway,” and “Midway.” Besides a leading role on “Vikings” as Björn Ironside, Ludwig also plays Dr. Delucchi on “Swerve.”
Born in Etobicoke, Ontario, Katheryn Winnick is an actress, but she got involved in martial arts at a young age. When she reached age 21, she had started three martial arts schools. Some of Winnick’s film credits include “Amusement,” “A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan II,” “Love & Other Drugs,” “Cloud 9,” “Hellraiser: Hellworld,” “Failure to Launch,” “The Art of the Steal,” “The Dark Tower,” “Polar,” and “Stand Up Guys.” On TV, she stars as Christine “CG” Gavin on Netflix’s “Wu Assassins,” had a recurring role on Canada’s “Student Bodies” and as Hannah Burley on the long-running series “Bones.” Winnick has appeared in guest roles in such popular shows like “Nikita,” “Law & Order: Criminal Intent,” “CSI: NY,” “Criminal Minds,” “House,” “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,” and “Transporter: The Series.”
