The stars of “Immortals” talk to Maaika about their new action film.
Video Content: Henry Cavill and Isabel Lucas (2011): Recorded at WonderCon 2011, SIDEWALKS host Maaika Westen briefly talks to “Immortals” actors Henry Cavill (playing Theseus, founder and king of Athens) and Isabel Lucas (Athena) about the film and starting out with their respective careers.
Born on the island of Jersey in the Channel Islands, Cavill is a British actor, who was featured in films “The Count of Monte Cristo,” “Blood Creek” and “Stardust.” On TV, he played Charles Brandon, 1st Duke of Suffolk, on the series “The Tudors.” He is playing Superman in “Man of Steel.”
Born in Melbourne, Australia, the actress became known for her role as Tasha Andrews on the long-running Australian television soap opera, “Home and Away.” Since leaving down under, Lucas has been appearing in TV and film projects, including the miniseries “The Pacific,” “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen,” “A Heartbeat Away,” and “Daybreakers.”
