Mini-Biographies:
Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Gael García Bernal is an actor, director, and producer, who is known for films such as “Bad Education,” “The Motorcycle Diaries,” and “Babel.” Early in his career, he was a popular telenovela star in series like “Teresa” and “El abuelo y yo.” Bernal is currently starring in the Amazon series as Rodrigo in “Mozart in the Jungle.” Additionally. He founded Canana Films in Mexico City.
Jonás Cuarón is a director, screenwriter, producer, and actor. In 2007, he released his first feature called “Año uña,” a film he directed, wrote and produced. As a writer, Cuarón co-wrote 2013 “Gravity,” the Sandra Bullock/George Clooney film that was co-written and directed by his father, Alfonso Cuarón.
