In his very first appearance on our TV show, celebrity chef superstar Emeril Lagasse is back with a new series called “Eat the World,” which can be seen on Amazon Prime Video.

SIDEWALKS correspondent Lori Rosales talks to the famous chef about his love of cooking and his new Amazon cooking series, “Eat the World with Emeril Lagasse,” which begins streaming on September 2, 2016.

Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, Emeril Lagasse is one of the top celebrity chefs. He is known for his variety of cooking series, including “The Emeril Lagasse Show,“ “Emeril Live,” “Essence of Emeril” Emeril Green,” and “Emeril’s Florida.” Additionally, he has appeared on a number of cooking competition programs, like “Top Chef,” “Iron Chef America,” and “On The Menu.” Lagasse is also an author of several best-selling cookbooks and owner of restaurants, including several in Las Vegas (Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House at MGM Grand, Delmonico Steakhouse at The Venetian, Table 10, and Lagasse’s Stadium at The Palazzo).

The series follows the ever-popular Emeril Lagasse (Emeril Live, Top Chef) and some of the world’s most celebrated chefs – Mario Batali (The Chew), José Andrés (Made in Spain), Nancy Silverton (Hell’s Kitchen), Marcus Samuelsson (Chopped), Aarón Sánchez (Chopped) and Danny Bowien – as they each join Emeril to embark on a global culinary journey to their favorite destinations.
