SIDEWALKS host Lori Rosales interviews Edgar Ramirez (plays Roberto Durán) and Ana de Armas (Felicidad Iglesias), the stars of the film “Hands of Stone.” They talk about Ana’s acting career, Edgar’s speaking several languages, and the love story between Roberto and Felicidad in the film, co-starring Robert De Niro and Usher.

Mini-Biographies:
Born in San Cristóbal, Táchira, Venezuela, Édgar Ramírez became recognized for playing Cacique Chacón in the telenova, “Cosita Rica.” He went on to co-star in “Domino,” “The Bourne Ultimatum,” “Vantage Point,” “Wrath of the Titans,” “Zero Dark Thirty,” “The Counselor,” “The Libertador,” “Deliver Us from Evil,” “Joy,” and “Point Break.” He won a César Award for Most Promising Actor for playing Carlos the Jackal in the miniseries/film, “Carlos.”

Born and raised in Havana, Cuba, Ana de Armas found TV success in the Spanish TV series “El Internado” playing Carolina Leal. When she moved to LA, she went on the co-star in “ Knock Knock,” “Excposed,” and “War Dog.” She is set to star in the forthcoming “Blade Runner” sequel.
