SIDEWALKS host Lori Rosales interviews Ed Quinn and returning guest Kron Moore, the President and First Lady of BET’s “Tyler Perry’s The Oval,” about Ed growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area and Kron’s fan encounters.

Born in Berkeley, California, Ed Quinn is an actor and musician. As an actor, he was a regular on “Young Americans” and “Eureka,” along with recurring role on “Jack & Jill,” “CSI: NY,” “Revenge,” “Mistresses,” “2 Broke Girls,” and the reboot of “One Day at a Time.” Some of his films, include “Starship Troopers 2: Hero of the Federation,” “Werewolf: The Beast Among Us,” “Navy Seals vs. Zombies,” “The Last Summer,” and “American Pie Presents: Girls’ Rules.” As a musician, Quinn has been bands Mad Theory, Scattergood, and ScatterGood. Currently, Quinn is playing President Hunter Franklin in “Tyler Perry’s The Oval,” seen on BET.
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Kron Moore is an actress and singer. She performed in a number of R&B and soul bands before launching a solo career and releasing her debut album in 2002. As an actress, Moore had roles in films “Into the Storm,” “The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water,” and “Beast Beast.” On the television side, she has a recurring role as Dr. Chapel on The CW’s / DC Universe’s “Stargirl” and a leading role in BET’s “The Oval.” Some of her guest-starring roles are “Detroit 1-8-7,” “Swamp Murders,” “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow,” and Tyler Perry’s productions of “The Haves and the Have Nots” and “Too Close to Home.”
