After years on the hit sitcom “Mike and Molly,” Billy Gardell has moved to a drama series playing Elvis’ talent manager, Colonel Tom Parker. He is joined by rising actor Drake Milligan, who is playing young Elvis, in the new CMT’s program, “Sun Records.”

Mini-Biographies:
Born in Swissvale, Pennsylvania, Billy Gardell is best known as Chicago police officer Mike Biggs on the hit comedy, “Mike & Molly.” Along with a starring role in the short-lived “Lucky,” he had recurring roles in “My Name Is Earl,” “Yes, Dear,” “The Practice,” “Judging Amy,” “Heist,” and “Sullivan & Son.” In films, Gardell appeared in “Bad Santa,” “You, Me and Dupree,” “Dragon Wars: D-War,” and “Jersey Boys.” He also voiced Santa in “Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas.”
A newcomer in the business, Drake Milligan started out performing in small theatrical productions. His first role was in a short film called “Nobody,” in which he played a young Elvis in high school.
