SIDEWALKS correspondent Beau Behan interviews the directors of “Trolls,” Mike Mitchell and Walt Dohrn, about making the film and working with the voice cast, which includes Anna Kendrick, Justin Timberlake, Zooey Deschanel, Russell Brand, James Corden and Gwen Stefani.

Mini-Biographies:
Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Mike Mitchell is a director, producer, actor and animator. He directed “Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo,” “Surviving Christmas,” “Sky High,” “Shrek Forever After,” “Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked,” and “The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water.” Mitchell was also an animator on “Antz,” “Shrek 2,” “Shrek the Third,” and “Monsters vs. Aliens.”

Walt Dohrn is a director, animator, musician, voice artist and director. He was the voice of Rumpelstiltskin in “Shrek Forever After” and provided several voices in “Shrek the Third” and “Shrek Forever After.” Other voice roles were in “Penguins of Madagascar,” “Mr. Peabody & Sherman,” and “Puss in Boots: The Three Diablos.” In many of his projects, he was also involved as a story artist and//or writer.
