SIDEWALKS host Lori Rosales interviews actor Crispin Glover about his famous roles in “Back to The Future” & “Charlie’s Angels” and his latest film “Lucky Day,” where he plays the psychotic French hit man Luc.
Mini-Biography:
Born in New York City, Crispin Glover is best known for roles as George McFly in” Back to the Future,” Bobby McBurney in “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape,” and the Thin Man in “Charlie’s Angels.” Other film highlights include “River’s Edge,” “Willard,” “Beowulf,” “Hot Tub Time Machine,” and “Alice in Wonderland.” On TV, Glover appeared on many popular TV shows (“Happy Days,” “Hill Street Blues,” and “Family Ties” early in his career), was on the miniseries “Texas Rising,” and currently seen on Starz’s “American Gods” as Mr. World. Besides being an actor, Glover released an album (“The Big Problem ≠ The Solution. The Solution = Let It Be”), wrote several books (including “Rat Catching,” “Concrete Inspection,” and “Round My House”) and directing some films (“What Is It” and “It Is Fine! Everything Is Fine”). In the late 1980s, he started Volcanic Eruptions, which publishes his books and Glover’s films, including films he directed.
