In this brief interview, SIDEWALKS host Cindy Rhodes talks to the actress about deciding to get into acting at a young age, if her TV series “Pam Am” will get a second chance to fly, and voicing the role of Vexy, one of “Naughties” in Sony Pictures’ “The Smurf 2.”
Mini-Biography:
Born in Santa Monica, California, Christina Ricci started her acting career at an early age with commercials and a big break playing Cher’s younger daughter in 1990’s “Mermaids.” She became a household name by playing Wednesday Addams in “The Addams Family” and “Addams Family Values.” Other film roles include ”Casper,” “The Ice Storm,” “Buffalo ’66,” “The Opposite of Sex,” “Sleepy Hollow,” “Monster,” “Penelope,” “Speed Racer,” “After.Life,” and ”Black Snake Moan.” Ricci was a regular on the short-lived “Pan Am” TV series and had recurring roles in “Ally McBeal,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” and “Saving Grace.”
