SIDEWALKS host Lori Rosales talks to Christina Ricci about her early roles, a favorite moment in her career, and starring as Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald in Amazon Prime’s “Z: The Beginning of Everything,” which is based on “Z: A Novel of Zelda Fitzgerald” by Therese Anne Fowler.
Mini-Biography:
Born in Santa Monica, California, Christina Ricci made her film debut in 1990’s “Mermaids.” She continued her growing acting career in films, such as ”The Addams Family,” sequel “Addams Family Values,” “Now and Then,” “Casper,” “The Ice Storm,” “Buffalo ’66,” “The Opposite of Sex,” “Sleepy Hollow,” “Cursed,” “Penelope,” “Speed Racer,” “The Smurfs 2,” ” Pecker,” “Black Snake Moan,” and “Monster.” On TV, Ricci starred in “Pan Am,” as well as had recurring roles on “Ally McBeal,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” and “Saving Grace.” She played Lizzie Borden in the TV-movie “Lizzie Borden Took an Ax,” which was followed by eight episodes of “The Lizzie Borden Chronicles” limited series.
