SIDEWALKS host Veronica Castro interviews actor Anthony Lee Medina (“Hamilton: An American Musical”) about his career, being a part of the cast of Apple TV+’s “Truth Be Told,” and working with his co-stars like Octavia Spencer and Kate Hudson.
Mini-Biography:
Anthony Lee Medina started working professionally in the entertainment industry at 19, when he toured with the first national of the 8-time Tony winning musical “Spring Awakening.” His notable credit is playing John Laurens and Phillip Hamilton in the Broadway hit, “Hamilton.” A series regular on Netflix’s “The I-Land,” the actor has recurred on TV shows such as Starz’s “Flesh and Bone” and The CW’s “The Carrie Diaries” and made guest appearances on CBS’ “Blue Bloods” and HBO’s “High Maintenance.” In films, Medina was in “The First Purge” and “The King of Staten Island.” On “Truth Be Told,” he plays Ramon.
