Mini-Biographies:

Born in in Queens, New York City and raised in Harlem, Amin Joseph plays Jerome Saint, Franklin’s uncle (Damson Idris), in FX’s “Snowfall.” In films, Joseph played Frankie on the big-screen adaptation of “Baywatch” and had roles in “The Expendables,” “Homefront,” “G.I. Joe: Retaliation,” “Dope,” “The Gambler,” and “The Mist.” He made his small screen debut as Bernard in “Rage and Discipline” and later appeared in as a main cast member on Cinemax’s “Zane’s Sex Chronicles” (Taariq), “Zane’s The Jumpoff”(Dmitri Vance) and a recurring cast member on “Donny!” Some of his guest appearances include “The Shield,” “L.A. Noir,” “Shooter,” “S.W.A.T.,” “Transparent,” “Sons of Anarchy,” “Southland,” “N.C.I.S.,” and “CSI: Miami.”

Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Angela Lewis plays Aunt Louie on the FX series, “Snowfall.” She had guest roles on “The Big C,” “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” ” The Good Wife,” “The Last Ship” and “Code Black.” Lewis was seen in the film “Top Five” and first major role in an Off-Broadway play was “History of the Word.”
