SIDEWALKS host Richard R. Lee talks to the actor about his beginnings in acting, working with director Mel Gibson in the currently filming “Hacksaw Ridge,” and his thoughts on “99 Homes,” a film he starred and co-produced.
Mini-Biography:
Born in Los Angeles and raised in Epsom, Surrey, Andrew Garfield became internationally known for his role as Eduardo Saverin in “The Social Network” and then for playing Peter Parker/ Spider-Man in “ The Amazing Spider-Man” films. Other films include: “Boy A,” “Lions for Lambs,” and “Never Let Me Go.” Garfield earned a Tony Award nomination for Best Featured Actor in a Play for “Death of a Salesman.”
