SIDEWALKS east coast correspondent Darren Paltrowitz interviews chef, TV personality and entrepreneur Ana Quincoces (“The Real Housewives Of Miami” Season 2) about her growing career and the campaign that raise awareness about the high levels of heart disease in the Hispanic and Latin community.

Mini-Biography:
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Ana Quincoces is a chef, TV personality, author, entrepreneur, and former real estate lawyer. She is known for Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Miami” and was a main cast member on the second season. Her other television-related projects was being a finalist on “Food Network Star” (season 12), a judge on Fox’s “Hell’s Kitchen’, Telemundo’s “MasterChef Latino,” a host of Fox’s “Utilisima Puro Chef” in Buenos Aires, and a co-host on The CW’s “The Daily Flash.” Quincoces is the creator of Skinny Latina, a line of Latin-inspired cooking sauces and marinades. She has written a number of cookbooks, including “Sabor! A Passion for Cuban Cuisine,” “Cuban Chicks Can Cook” and “The Versailles Restaurant Cookbook.”
