Mini-Biography:
Lead singer and keyboardist John Schmarkey and guitarist Ty Barksdale decided to join forces in 2012 after being in competing bands. Together, they formed All The Locals, an Atlanta-based band that Buzzfeed called “Soulternative Music” because of their influence in rock n roll, modern pop and R&B/gospel. The core members of All The Locals are Schmarkey, Barksdale, drummer Justin Bradford and vocalist Nikki Brickhouse Jackson. Some of the additional members over the years have been Glenn Stout and Yosh Benjamin on bass guitar and Mike Fiorello on keyboards, guitar, and backing vocals. As a group, they toured around USA. All The Locals won the best music group for the GA Entertainment Awards in 2016 and were named TouchTunes (global jukeboxes) breakout band of the year.
