Learn about being an On-Air Correspondent on “Sidewalks Entertainment”
Description: The workshop is actually a hands-on, training opportunity for potential on-air correspondents to do hosting intros and various types of interviews with real celebrity guests and other personalities. Participants will learn some tips in different forms of interviewing style, including interviewing individuals on media press tours. Most of the training opportunities may be used on the media properties of “Sidewalks Entertainment,” a nationally-produced entertainment TV series and/or its official website at SIDEWALKSTV.com. Each student will receive an on-air
role-based on their performances in class, to do a segment introduction or a full celebrity’s interview. In addition, students will receive IMDB credit for the show they are featured on.

“Sidewalks Entertainment” has partnered with Open City Acting Studio’s The Creative Academy – where actors in the process learn how to discover, develop, and maximize their unique storytelling capabilities through consecutive writing, producing, and marketing workshops. In concert with in-class lessons, students will work outside of the classroom putting teachings to practice both on and off set.
