Darren Paltrowitz (Correspondent / Segment Producer)

Celebrity interviewer and host of “Paltrocast” appears on SIDEWALKS ENTERTAINMENT as an east coast correspondent.

Darren Paltrowitz is a New York resident (and Long Island native) with over 20 years of entertainment industry experience.

He began working around the music business as a teenager, interning for the manager of his favorite band Superdrag. In the years following, he has worked with a wide array of artists including OK Go, They Might Be Giants, Mike Viola, Tracy Bonham, Loudness, Rachael Yamagata, and Amanda Palmer.

Paltrowitz’s writing has appeared in dozens of outlets including The Inquisitr, The Daily Meal, All Music Guide, Guitar World, Downtown Magazine, TheStreet.com, Format Magazine, No Place Like Long Island, The Improper, Lifehack, Jewish Journal, Politico Post, the New York Daily News, the Chicago Tribune, and the Los Angeles Times.

He is also the co-author of 2019 release, “Good Advice From Professional Wrestling,” as written by D.X. Ferris and published by 6623 Press. He also wrote “Pocket Cash: Your Happy Money” with Dr. Jeri Fink and Donna Paltrowitz.

Paltrowitz current host his own series “Paltrocast With Darren Paltrowitz” and a podcast called “The DLR Cast: The Podcast All About David Lee Roth.”

Began June 2021, Paltrowitz’s interviews for SIDEWALKS ENTERTAINMENT are either exclusive segments or a joint effort with “Paltrocast.” His first interviews for our show are: Andre Comeau (“The Real World”), wrestler / actress Franky Monet (WWE NXT) and Toto’s Steve Lukather.
