In the full interview, SIDEWALKS host Cindy Rhodes talks to the TV personality about her recent thyroid cancer scare, life as a mother of four, if she wants to compete again on “Dancing with The Stars,” and her latest “Brooke Burke Body” fitness DVDs called “Sexy Abs” and “30-Day Slim Down.”
Mini-Biography:
A native of Tucson, Arizona, Brooke Burke-Charvet skyrocketed to fame as the three-year host of E! Entertainment Television’s popular travel series “Wild On.”
After E!, she proceeded to grace numerous magazine covers and swimsuit calendars, including ranking as one of the sexiest women in the world by men’s magazines. She was also host of CBS’ “Rock Star: INXS” and “Rock Star: Supernova.” In November 2009, Burke-Charvet joined the syndicated “The Doctors” as their “Mommy Correspondent.”
In fall 2008, Burke-Charvet won ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” as a contestant and became a co-host with Tom Bergeron in 2010.
Married to actor David Charvet (“Baywatch”), she guest-starred on such television series as “Monk,” “Las Vegas,” “The Bernie Mac Show,” “Rock Me Baby,” “Less Than Perfect,” “Eve,” “Rock Me Baby,” and “That’s Life.” Additionally, she graced the silver screen in feature films as “The Hazing” and “Knuckle Sandwich.”
A gourmet chef and avid fitness enthusiast, Burke-Charvet also starred in video games for EA Games and Atari.
