SIDEWALKS host Rafael Siegel interviewed actress Kelly Preston in 2006 about her first acting role, how she almost starred in the film “The Blue Lagoon,” and the reasons why she has a successful Hollywood marriage. At the time of the interview,  she told viewers how they could participate in making online pledges to the Boys and Girls Club through a special promotion with Country Crock.

Mini-Biography:
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Kelly Preston was an actress and model. Some of her projects she appeared in, include “Mischief,” “Twins,” “Jerry Maguire,” “For Love of the Game,” “Battlefield Earth,” “Gotti,” “SpaceCamp,” “The Cat in the Hat,” “What a Girl Wants,” “Broken Bridges,” and “Old Dogs.” On TV, Preston had a regular role on “For Love and Honor” and recurring “Fat Actress,” “Medium,” and “CSI: Cyber.” Preston died on July 12, 2020 at the age of 57.
