In the full 2010 interview with SIDEWALKS host Cindy Rhodes, Jeff talked about the success of “Survivor,” what he likes to do in his off time, his association with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and working on the “Live” morning show with Kelly Ripa. As part of the promotional tour at that time, Jeff told us us about his involvement with Purina Pro Plan’s Doing More For Pets program, which provides helpful advice about ways to care for our four-legged friends in everyday situations.

Mini-Biography:
Born in Wichita, Kansas, Jeff Probst is a host and producer. He is best known as the host and producer of the long-running “Survivor” reality series. Probst won Emmys® in 2001 when the show received the first-ever Outstanding Non-Fiction Program (Special Class) and Probst himself for Outstanding Reality Host in 2008. In 2002, Probst wrote and directed the film, “Finder’s Fee.” Previously, he hosted VH1’s “Rock and Roll Jeopardy”, several programs for FX, and was a correspondent for Access Hollywood. Additionally, he has been a regular fill-in host for Regis Philbin on “Live with Regis and Kelly” and on “Howard Stern Celebrity Fan Roundtable” on Sirius/XM radio. In 2001, Probst was voted one of People Magazine’s “Most Beautiful.” He hosted “The Jeff Probst Show,” a syndicated daytime talk show from September 2012 to May 2013. In 2007, Probst founded The Serpentine Project, a non-profit organization designed to help young adults transition out of the foster care system. Also, Probst is also a national spokesperson for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and is actively involved with St. Jude.
