Mini-Biography:
Born in Heidelberg, Germany, Fassbender has played Bobby Sands in “Hunger,” Lt. Archie Hicox in “Inglourious Basterds,” and Erik Lehnsherr/Magneto in “X-Men: First Class.” On TV, he has appeared in the British series “Hex” and “Murphy’s Law,” as well as the miniseries “Band of Brothers.” Other films include “Fish Tank,” “Jonah Hex,” “Centurion,” “Eden Lake,” “Haywire,” “Prometheus” and “12 Years a Slave.”
