SIDEWALKS host Veronica Castro interviews Rachel Blanchard, Priscilla Faia and Greg Poehler, the lead stars of “You Me Her.” Along with talking about the show (a suburban married couple who entered a three-way romantic relationship), the three actors discuss how they got into the business and how well they know each other.
Mini-Biographies:
Born in Toronto, Ontario, Rachel Blanchard is best known for playing Cher Horowitz on the television series version of the hit Alicia Silverstone-starred film, “Clueless.” In the 80s, she played Debi McCullough on the TV version of “War of The Worlds.” In the 90s, Blanchard starred in Canadian TV’s “Are You Afraid of the Dark?” and “Chris Cross.” From 2002-04, she played Roxanne on “7th Heaven.” Additionally, Blanchard had recurring roles on “Peep Show,” “Flight of the Conchords,” and recently “Fargo.”
Born in Boston, Massachusetts and raised in Burlington, Massachusetts, Greg Poehler was a lawyer for 12 years specializing in intellectual property law, before he started doing stand-up comedy. He wrote a script that became the NBC comedy, “Welcome to Sweden,” where he was the head writer, producer and lead star. His sister is actress and comedian Amy Poehler.
Born in Victoria, British Columbia, Priscilla Faia‘s first major role was as Chloe Price in “Rookie Blue.” She appeared in the short films “After the Riots” and “Method.” Faia had a small role in the Steven Seagal miniseries “True Justice.”
