Born in Los Angeles, California, Katie Cassidy is best known for playing Laurel Lance / Black Canary (and now Black Siren) on The CW hit “Arrow.” Cassidy, whose parents are singer/actor David Cassidy and model Sherry Williams, has co-starred and guest-starred in a number of programs, including “Gossip Girl,” “Melrose Place,” “Supernatural,” “Harper’s Island,” “7th Heaven,” and “The Division.” Some of her movie credits are “Monte Carlo,” “The Fencewalker,” “A Nightmare on Elm Street,” “Taken,” “When a Stranger Calls,” “Click,” “Black Christmas,” “The Lost,” “Live!” and “Spin.”
