Mini-Biography:
Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Don Cheadle is an actor, producer, writer and director. With an Academy Award nomination as Best Actor for “Hotel Rwanda,” he has had a successful career in films with such familiar projects as “Devil in a Blue Dress,” “Rosewood,” “Boogie Nights,” “Out of Sight,” “Traffic,” “Ocean’s Eleven” and sequels, “The Rat Pack,” “Things Behind the Sun,” “Swordfish,” “Crash,” “Reign Over Me,” “Talk to Me,” “and “The Guard. “ Cheadle also played Col. James Rhodes / War Machine in “Iron Man 2,” “Iron Man 3,” “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” and “Captain America: Civil War.” On TV, he plays Marty Kaan on the Showtime comedy, “House of Lies.” Other TV series he had regular roles in include “The Golden Girls” spin-off “The Golden Palace” and “Picket Fences.”
