Liz Vaccariello is currently the editor-in-chief and chief content officer of “Reader’s Digest.” Previously, she was the Chief Editor of “Cleveland Magazine,” Executive Editor of “Fitness“ magazine, Editor-in-Chief of “Every Day with Rachael Ray” and SVP / Editor-in-Chief of “Prevention.” Additionally, she co-authored several New York Times bestsellers, including “Flat Belly Diet!,” “400-Calorie Fix,” “The Digest Diet,” and “21-Day Tummy Diet.” On TV, Vaccariello appeared on two seasons of NBC’s The Biggest Loser,” and regularly appears “The Doctors,” “Today,” “CBS This Morning,” and “Dr. Oz.”
