Interviewed by host Cindy Rhodes, Jennie Garth talks about her experience on “Dancing with The Stars,” does she let her kids watch her old series, “Beverly Hills, 90210,” does she keep in touch with her old castmates, and how she felt about playing Kelly again on the revival “90210” series. As part of the promotional tour, Jennie is joined by Dove Close-Up Challenge contest winner Kristi Herman, a 36-year-old financial web consultant from Jersey City, New Jersey. Kristi tells us about her experience and training on what the celebrities of go through on Dancing with the Stars.
Mini-Biography:
Born in Urbana, Illinois, actress Jennie Garth is best known to the world as Kelly Taylor on ground breaking TV series “Beverly Hills, 90210” and its updated revival “90210.” She started her television series career as Ericka McCray opposite Barbara Eden on “A Brand New Life.” Another popular role she had was playing Valerie Tyler opposite Amanda Bynes on the sitcom, “What I Like about You.” Recently, she appeared with her “Beverly Hills, 90210” Tori Spelling in the TV series, “Mystery Girls.” Garth has guest-starred in a number of TV series and TV films, including “Growing Pains,” “Teen Angel,” “The Street,” “Danielle Steel’s Star,” “Lies of the Heart: The Story of Laurie Kellogg,” and “Girl, Positive.” Garth also finished fourth out of 12 on season five of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars.” She has starred in her own reality shows, “Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country” and “The Jennie Garth Project.” Garth also serves as a National Spokesperson for the American Heart Association.
