Born in Autlán de Navarro, Jalisco, Mexico, Carlos Santana is a legendary musician, who gained fame in the late 1960s and early 1970s with his band, Santana. For over 40 years, Santana has sold more than 100 million records and reached more than 100 million fans at concerts worldwide. He’s a 10-time Grammy® winner and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer. In 2003, Rolling Stone named him #15 on their list of the 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time. Some of his albums, either solos or with his band Santana, include “Love Devotion Surrender,” “Illuminations,” “Oneness — Silver Dreams Golden Reality,” “The Swing of Delight,” “Havana Moon,” “Blues for Salvador,” “Santana Brothers,” and “Supernatural.”
