In the TV interview, SIDEWALKS correspondent David Lew talks to David Dobkin about his cult classic “Ice Cream Man” (which he co-wrote with Sven Davison) and his latest film, “The Judge,” which stars Robert Downey, Jr., Robert Duvall, Vera Farmiga, Vincent D’Onofrio, Dax Shepard, Jeremy Strong, Sarah Lancaster, and Billy Bob Thornton.

Mini-Biography:
Born in Washington D.C., David Dobkin is a director, producer and former screenwriter. He is best known for directing comedy films, such as “Clay Pigeons,” “Shanghai Knights,” “Fred Claus,” “The Change-Up,” and “Wedding Crashers.” Earlier in his career, he was a co-screenwriter for the comedy horror film, “Ice Cream Man,” starring Clint Howard. Additionally, he directed commercials (ESPN, Heineken, Coke, Sony Playstation) and music videos (for artists such as Tupac Shakur, George Thorogood, Elton John, Coolio, and Blues Traveler).
