Born in Clinton, Mississippi, Ted DiBiase, Jr.
is a wrestler and actor.
Ted Jr. is a third-generation professional wrestler
following his
step-grandfather "Iron" Mike DiBiase, grandmother
Helen Hild, and father "The Million Dollar Man" Ted
DiBiase. His elder half-brother, Mike and his
younger full brother Brett are also wrestlers.
In July 2006, Ted Jr. made his professional debut
with the World League Wrestling, where he won with
Mike the Fusion Pro Tag Team Championship in
February 2007. The following year, Ted Jr. signed a
developmental contract with the World Wrestling
Entertainment (WWE) and trained in Florida.
Ted Jr. captured the World Tag Team Championship in
his first match on Monday Night RAW on May
26, 2008.
In the 2009 interview with SIDEWALKS host Rafael
Siegel, Ted Jr. talks about his family wrestling and
whether he could take on his father (during his
prime) in the squared ring. As part of the
promotional tour, Ted Jr. tells us about filming his
first movie, "The Marine 2," which is a
direct-to-DVD sequel to "The Marine," starring
fellow wrestler John
Cena.
