Kim on Army Wives
Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Emmy Award®
winner Kim Delaney is a popular TV actress.
Daytime audiences first met her as teenager Jenny
Gardner Nelson on the soap opera All My Children.
She became best known to prime time viewers for her
role as Detective Diane Russell on the crime drama
N.Y.P.D. Blue. That role earned her two Emmy®
nominations and one win, plus two Golden Globe® and
three Screen Actors Guild® nominations.
Kim had a recurring part in The O.C., as well
as starred in Philly and the first season of
C.S.I. Miami.
Other roles include the TV-movie “10.5” (and its
sequel), the Stephen King miniseries “Nightmares and
Dreamscapes” and the feature film “Mission to Mars.”
