Michael Chiarello is
a Napa Valley vintner, creator of the media
company NapaStyle, the host of Easy
Entertaining on The Food
Network and NapaStyle on Fine
Living Network, and
is the author of "At Home with Michael Chiarello"
and several other best-selling
cookbooks.
In the 2006 interview with host Cindy Rhodes,
Michael talks about his dreams in becoming a
chef and what he thinks about reality cooking TV
shows. Additionally, Michael invites
Sidewalks viewers to share their own
Kitchen Chronicles as part of a contest with
Sargento Cheese*. The winner will get their
own cookbook published in his or her name.
