The TV show, Reno 911, debuted on Comedy Central in 2003 and it proved to be a huge success (the show has entered it's third season). With the debut movie version of "Reno 911: Miami,” the TV show is taken to the gutter and back. I guarantee it's one of the dorkiest and lowbrow comedies of the year. Remember raunchy fest comedies like "Police Academy," "National Lampoon's Animal House" and "Clerks 1 and 2"? Now combine those movies with slap-shtick comedies and someone shooting home videos of them documentary style…the result is "Reno 911: Miami".
"Wild Hogs" is a road trip comedy starring John Travolta, Martin Lawrence, William H. Macy and Tim Allen with supporting players Marisa Tomei, Jill Hennessy, and Ray Liotta. Hosts Cindy Rhodes and Richard R. Lee each saw the film and give their own reviews.
Hahhahahahahahha! On the eve before the opening day premiere of “Ghost Rider,” I was having a big laugh at a sneak preview showing of the latest superhero flick starring the very likable actor Nicolas Cage and the very lovely Eva Mendes. My popcorn-filled belly was aching from the incredible laughter that assumed me. It was so funny; this was the best comedy ever made for the cinema world. Wait a minute…it’s not a comedy.
